I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were just stunning, offering beautiful views overlooking the Columbus Commons. The service was top-notch with great amenities like dry cleaning and pet services available. The location couldn't be better, right beside the Ohio Theatre and close to Grant Hospital and High St for shopping. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the Sicilian pastries. The facilities were modern and convenient, making my stay truly enjoyable.
My stay at this hotel was really a mixed experience. Although the rooms were never cleaned by housekeeping, the fluorescent lighting was a bit harsh, the view overlooking the Columbus Commons was simply stunning. The service was good overall with convenient amenities like dry cleaning and shops available, and there were even pet amenities for furry friends. The location was superb, being right beside the Ohio Theatre and close to everything in downtown Columbus, including easy access to the river for exercise. The dining options were a bit limited, only serving sausages. The facilities were adequate. However, the price may not fully align with the overall experience.
My stay was delightful. The hotel offers a stunning view of the Columbus Commons and provides a great experience overall. However, the lack of housekeeping was a downside during my visit.
